Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pourly. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Pourly, go to Settings inside the app, and tap "Restore Purchase." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to subscribe.
Can I change my spirit animal?
Yes — go to Settings inside the app and tap "Change spirit animal."
The app isn't working — what should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall from the App Store. Your data is saved to your account so nothing will be lost. If it still doesn't work, email us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

We also collect:Your daily mood logs and self-care activity data, stored locally on your device and synced to your account for backup and cross-device access
Anonymised usage data and app events to understand how the app is used (via PostHog)
Crash reports and diagnostic data to identify and fix technical issues (via Firebase Crashlytics)We do not collect:Your throwaway chat messages — these are never written to disk or transmitted anywhere
